A company that just takes your money and doesn't take responsibility. We wanted the best toothbrushes that can only be bought, so we bought 5 toothbrushes for the whole family (almost DKK 10,000). Now one has broken less than 1 year after we bought them. Then we got the answer from the store. About the manufacturer refusing to repair it because they say “the toothbrush has suffered overload”. How can you just brush it off on the buyer by just saying so without more evidence or explanations. I have never met anyone like those who throw the responsibility on the buyer. NEVER recommend BUYING their electric toothbrush to anyone. You have the most expensive toothbrushes on the market, which must be thrown away if they break after 6 months, because the manufacturer does not care about the consumer and only Care about us before we buy from them. 1 star is too much but couldn't give less.

Habe letztes Weihnachten für meine Frau und Sohn 2mal IO Series 9 in Weiß und Rose gekauft. Die Displaysprache konnte man dann im Menü auf Deutsch umstellen, aber war nur bei der weißen möglich. Vom Hersteller wurden wir zweimal auf kommende Up-Dates vertröstet. Bis sich dann nach mehr als einem halben Jahr herausstellte das der Prozessor der rosefarbenen dafür gar nicht geeignet ist. Aber Hallo ein sogenannter Markenhersteller der in Deutschland Produkte verkauft die nur in Fremdsprachen zu bedienen sind. Sie können unseren Ärger verstehen, aber Ihnen sind in Form einer Entschädigung die Hände gebunden.

THEY THEN SENT THE PRODUCT BACK TO ME AFTER 1MONTH WITH NO REASON WHY! I ASKED HIM WHAT HE FOUND FUNNY AS I WAS FUMING I HAD BEEN WAITING THIS LONG. THIS HAS NOW BEEN PASSED ONTO CONSUMER RELATIONS WHERE I HAVE ESCALATED A COMPLAINT ABOUT HIM AND THE EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. OR MONEY BUYING THEIR PRODUCTS AS THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY USELESS FOR A WELL KNOWN BRAND. 0 STARS WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

Oral-B has the worst customer service in the entire world I have been calling many different numbers for an hour and a half now I cannot find a freaking service center what is wrong with you guys I go to the website and it doesn't give me anything but a run around and false information I am sick of Oral-B I spent $317 on this toothbrush that I've only had for a year I will never buy Oral-B products again

Spazzolino prodotto di punta modello Oral B Genius X 20000N Midnight Black acquistato il 23/06/2020. Il 14/06/2021 (dopo neanche un anno) ha smesso di funzionare, nonostante sia sempre stato trattato in maniera impeccabile, e viene sostituito con uno nuovo dal punto di assistenza. Dopo neanche un anno da questa sostituzione lo spazzolino di lusso smette di funzionare nuovamente e questa volta l'assistenza nega la riparazione/sostituzione asserendo che è fuori garanzia. Trovo vergognoso, soprattutto trattandosi di un prodotto di fascia alta, che uno spazzolino elettrico di un grande marchio appartenente a P&G si rompa così spesso che ogni anno, dico OGNI ANNO, occorra sostituirlo con uno nuovo. Oltretutto, avvisato il customer service di quanto accaduto, ad oggi non ho ancora avuto feedback sulla mia richiesta di sostituzione in garanzia. Pessimo prodotto e pessimo servizio. Ne sconsiglio l'acquisto soprattutto per chi cerca qualità nel denaro speso.

Nach 14 Tagen Schriftverkehr, Rechnung anfordern etc. Bin ich nun froh wenn ich nie wieder etwas mit diesem Shop zu tun haben muss. Vielleicht wäre das sogar etwas für den Verbaucherschutz da auf der Internetseite falsche Tatsachen sugeriert werden.

Bekomme nirgends Ersatzbürsten für meine Oral-B Vitality sonic Das Gerät funktioniert noch nach vielen Jahren - nur die Ersatzbürsten kann man vielleicht bei den Chinesen bekommen. Werde mir eine andere elektrische Zahnbürste eines namhaften Herstellers kaufen. E n d e mit Braun
