The basic plan (15/month) says it would grant access to a "powerfull editor" however, you can't apply the changes you did in the editor unless you get the 30 dollars plan.

I just signed up for Opus Clip AI a few hours ago and I am already extremely disappointed. The platform fell way below my expectations. The user interface is clunky, confusing, and not user friendly. Almost every feature feels glitchy and unfinished. The main reason I subscribed was for their “one-click AI-generated B-roll” to add dynamic video elements to my projects. This was the biggest letdown. Instead of actual video B-roll, the system gave me static images that were completely out of context. The photos had no real connection to my script, and in some cases, they looked completely irrelevant. After seeing all the hype and ads promoting this feature as a game-changer, the reality was frustrating and misleading. Another major issue is the lack of real-time support. There is no easy way to reach their team directly, which only adds to the frustration when things go wrong. At this point, I have suspended any further use of the platform. The experience has been so underwhelming that I cannot justify the cost. I am requesting a full refund because this service is simply not worth it. It did not meet my expectations in terms of editing or AI-generated B-roll, and I cannot recommend it to anyone. Follow up: Opus Clips are quick to respond to reviews on Trust pilot, but it’s practically impossible to reach them on their platform. The is no email or live support, talk less of a number to call. I no longer want to use the application. I want my money back please.

I just want to give a huge shout-out to Ash for the amazing support! I was stuck with a billing issue and having a really hard time figuring it out, but Ash took the time to listen, explain things clearly, and connect me with the right people. Their patience, knowledge, and willingness to help made a stressful situation so much easier. It’s rare to come across someone who not only solves the problem but also makes you feel heard and supported in the process. Ash went above and beyond, and I really appreciate it. Thank you!

These guys are bloody thieves. I had a free plan but they kept charging me for the paid subscription. And when I reach out I keep getting an automated response. Save yourself the stress and use a different tool. I don’t recommend this at all.

I like that you are always adding new features. However, sometimes the new features make the clips that are created worse and more editing is required. The titles and descriptions are also often lacking.

I've been on and off opus for a while now. I enjoy the UI, the updates are great and my work get done. MOST IMPORTANTLY, MIKE, GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE. initially i faced a lot of technical issues on the platform, the only member of support staff who helped me every single time was Mike. GIVE HIM A RAISE ✌🏻✨

Only used the free service so far to get the hang of it, and it's great - even the customer service - so will definitely upgrade.
