I went through a lot this past year and I forgot I had a subscription until it renewed a couple of days ago. The support staff got back to me quickly and were able to help me out by giving me a refund. I don’t need this product now but I will 100% consider joining again once I am back on my feet. Thank you!!

I'm working on clips over the Christmas to New Year Holidays, I ran into a tech issue. I submitted the issue on the chat widget, the AI could not help with my issue, however it turned or elevated the issue to a human and it was fixed almost immediately allowing me to keep working

I love the fact that I could post one all platforms at once! What I didn’t like was when you renew the subscription the amount doubles from what you first paid! But overall it’s a good platform!

The whole purpose of choosing opus clip is because it promised it could use AI Dubbing to translate your videos. Only after you purchase it Do you find out that it can only translate from other languages into english. Your only choice is english. Say for instance, you need your videos translated from english to spanish For your spanish speaking youtube channel, you're just out of luck. This is something that should be communicated in the advertisement advertising information, so people don't waste two hundred bucks on a year subscription only to find out it's completely useless...
