Love the ability to chat with a staffer (human) at 3:30am (MI time). Also enjoyed the directions given to get what i need and help me save credits. I am still a little confused on the placement of caption and the need to move each one, i am sure its a feature i haven't found yet! All in all Opus has changed the way i produce shorts... For better or worse i am enjoying it ;)

Experience with the OPUS Team has been great!! There was a problem with a scheduling feature and their team reached out right away. After a few screen shots not just on message help, email chains began and a very quick response and solution was handled. Problem fixed, I am happy and no frustrated clients on end.
