The service itself is easy to use but the customer service was great. Super fast response times. I forgot about the subscription until I got charged but they refunded me no questions asked!

Its good till you want to cancel I wanted to cancel my subscription , but there is no way to contact some human to know if I cancel my subscription will I get my refund ? you just move around AI options. For once a human joined , but they never replied after introducing . good tool , unethical processes Update : The humans took over later and got me the refunds . So problem sorted .

Incredibly terrible almost scam-like business practices. Their subscription is based on time AND credits at the same time, so you are buying AND subscribing to a product simultaneously. This is absolutely ridiculous. They are hiding many important details on their website. For instance, you can "delete" a video if you are not happy with it and will not be refunded any credits. However, there IS a way to delete a video AND receive a refund. This option is very hidden. Even if you use the credits that you PAID for, once your subscriptions ends, the projects you are working on and PAID FOR with credits will vanish. The projects will say "expires in 27 days" and will be gone the next day. You buy something, but also have a subscription on it. I don't know if people understand how insane this is. I am happy to keep other creators away from this website. STAY AWAY, there are much better options. Besides that, the service is average at best. Somtimes you get something okay, but most of the times clipping is terrible, you have audio issues and there are plenty of caption mistakes. So yeah. 0/5 stars. Edit: there is basically no customer service. I had tried to reach out several times while my subscription was active and only got to useless AI bots. Now I have had the same experience when OpusClip tried to "resolve the issue" after this review. You get an LLM type of response and the communication ends.

Been using Opus Clip for well over a year doing the same style videos but lately the system is really slow and so many failed projects. Decided to cancel and luckily ended up finding a better solution. Too bad, I really enjoyed the system but such a waste of time waiting for it to randomly work once in awhile.

Every single time I have an issue, Opus always manage to resolve it. I think the best part is knowing that you aren’t spending your money on a failed system. because even then, they are happy to refund and work around your lifestyle. so once again thank you Opus, you deserved the 5 stars.

Not only Opus clip is the best Ai tool any creator needs to grow their Social Media channels, their staff and customer service agents are amazing. I had a little hard time to renew my my subscription this month. When I received an email that my subscription was cancelled and the price to renew it was going to be much higher than the one I usually pay. I emailed them, how they could help. And one agent was able to help me out. I can't say his name. I don't know if I am allowed to. Not only he helped me renew my plan with my orginal price and he activated my credits that were supposed to be expired today. And I was able to renew my subscription and get also my credits back.

Poor product and poor customer service. The first renders are great but then after you buy credits, the AI seems to get worse. Constant bugs across platforms that they don't fix. Also, no auto-renewal notification before charging. I think the company is really good at marketing and SEO and that's it because there are way better products out there for the same purpose.
