OpusClip is AMAZING
OpusClip is AMAZING ! It took a while to learn how to use it, but it started generating clips for me from my long videos, and I even managed to edit them successfully and save them. This seems the ultimate choice for creating clips to use as posts for SM. The online support is just great ! Ollie solved all my problems for me quickly and clearly.

Little to no customer service
Little to no customer service. They have an A.I. robot chat instead. When it can't fix the issue it says "someone will be in contact with you IN A FEW DAYS". I have been waiting for over 2 weeks for someone to help me. Some of my clips have NO AUDIO when editing them. I have not been able to use their service, which i PAID A LOT OF MONEY FOR since. I searched everywhere to see where i can leave a review because now i'm not a very happy user and i wanted to share this experience with others.

Great Product and Great Support team
Great Product and Great Support team. 4 star because there's some minor bugs occasionally, and could use a better manual editing UI. but for what it is (ai clip editor)- it's phenomenal. Plus I assume these will all be improved upon as the product develops. Also the support team is very helpful and kind. Side note for creators: using a smaller time frame input for clipping dramatically improves the quality of the clips and also uses less credits.
