Product looks promising. We'll see. The email promotion I received listed the product on sale for $39.95, however, when arriving at the check out page, it was listed for $49.95. Not right!

I appreciate this company's broad offerings and good products. However, shipping cost was high in my opinion (especially because I only ordered books which could have been mailed at media rate, but I didn't see that option). Therefore so I will only purchase from OPTP again if and when (as was the case today) the total price still makes sense and I can't purchase items any other way for less total cost. I did call with a question, and service was excellent.

Love the sale on products I wanted to get. And then added more. Didn't love how updating my password didn't work for me.

Broad selection but navigating could be better. I had to pull out your catalog to find stuff and think I didn’t get to see all. You should group things better. Why are balls not together?

Shopping itself was fine. However, when I placed the order and selected the default "USPS Priority Mail," I couldn't find an explanation of what that is in terms of potential number of days til delivery. A ballpark figure would have been nice so I could make the best choice between that option and another.

Great until I pressed the”Place Order” button , and It kept going back to the “check out” page. Hope the order went through, and went through only once!

The site is laid out very well. Products are of professional quality and the video's are very helpful and informative. I've been purchasing items on your site for a long time and never had any problems with ordering or receiving my order. One think you could do better on is the shipping costs. It's some times a deal breaker.
