For this price and paid shipping there should be an estimated date of arrival. Right now I am completely in the dark as to when my order will arrive, and since USPS is not a particularly reliable carrier, I am running a high risk of not receiving the item when I need it.

I attempted to order three different books, one copy per book. Your system kept showing me that I had ordered eight (8) copies of "Treat Your Own NECK", not one copy. Whatever happened in my attempting to correct my order the one copy of the NECK book disappeared from the order.

I am having trouble with your site. I tried to reset my password but it ws so much trouble that I ordered as a Guest, even though I have a Professional rate. I own a Pilates/Gyrotonic Studio .

Very concerned that shipping costs are not known at the time of purchase.

Purchased an $80 item and ended up with an additional $60 in shipping and the over $60 in customs and duty. As a Canadian shopper I would not purchase from you again as this wS way too expensive and not clear up front

Not sure if this is a duplicate order, I receive TWO confirmations by email. Difficult to do on an oPhone.

Long time for shipping costs and timing confirmation.
Response from OPTPApr 19, 2021
Hi Stefano, We apologize for the delay. We only have staff in the office M - F 7:30 AM to 5 PM CT. For non-US and expedited orders, our warehouse staff picks and packs your shipment as soon as possible after receiving the order and communicates the shipping details to you after receiving pricing from our carriers. Our apologies for any inconvenience this delay has caused and thank you for your feedback. OPTP

It's 2020... you should be able to quote me the different shipping options & costs without us having to do emails back and forth. I do a lot of purchasing for my company, and yours is the first website that can't tell me expedited costs.
