No place to put my resale certificate in, so I was charged tax. Had to submit my address several times to get billing and shipping accurate. Was easy to sign up as a professional and get professional discount.

There was a discount code, but every time I tried to apply it, it went to a page that showed an error code. So I just placed the order, since the discount was only good through that day. I did leave a note in my order asking whether the discount could be applied, but I haven't heard back yet.

Love the ease of navigating the site and the professional discount. Hate the shipping charges. If I forgot to order something for my clinic, the shipping charges dissuade me from ordering again and I usually find an alternative at a different site. Perhaps looking at free shipping over a certain dollar amount would encourage people to: -order more products to meet the threshold -order more frequently

I live in MN and there wasn't option to Pick up my order, only to pay 17 dollar shipping via ups ground to deliver 12 miles to My house.

I ordered from you several months ago and received the wrong thing. I got the stretch EZ instead of the stretch out strap, although I did receive the booklet for the stretch out strap!! I haven't used it because I was on vacation for a couple of weeks, then I had Covid. I hate that I have to spend more money to try to get the correct item. Jill DeVore

Did not receive tracking order from UPS...really want to know when order will arrive...will call today.
