I am unhappy and I just sent a note to customer service, re: order #2374911. Of the 2 occipital floats that I ordered, One came without the air stopper to close the bladder and it appears used with scratches on the base. The other came without the straw to blow up the bladder. These are Christmas gifts and I need a replacement for the used one ASAP! Also, I need an air straw for the other one. I have ordered quite a few items from you and this has been the worst experience...luckily I opened the plastic bag and inspected the merchandise before I wrapped it for Christmas. I was signed in as a Professional and went back to enter my payment info and somehow OPTP kept my shopping cart current but I was logged out of my account. I placed order without receiving my 20% discount. It’s disappointing. I am planning to call customer service tomorrow.

I ordered a book in February. It is mid April and I still have not received it! This may have been the fault of the US postal system and not the store. The other option was to pay $36 for UPS shipping which was worth more than the book!

I never recieved the roller with my order, I thought it was on back order but I have come to realize I am not getting what I paid for

I ordered the Treat Your Own Neck guide along with the Makenzie Cervical Roll. I received the roll but no guide. I have contacted customer service but no response. I was charged for both. **UPDATE 3/2** I got a response from this review and the guide is being sent again. :-)
