The McKenzie Method works. This site makes it easy to buy the books and products that will enable you to help you avoid surgery and cure your own back and neck pain.

Great experience. No second thoughts, or second guessing.

I called in to get a recommendation for a product to alleviate the symptoms of my plantar fasciitis. The woman on the phone was very helpful and the product she recommended was one of their cheapest options (half balls) and it works great for me. Will definitely purchase from OPTP again!

Placed an order on the OPTP website. Very quick checkout process and easy to use. Looking forward to getting my items!

I've purchased a couple of foam rollers from OPTP and they've held up very well. The quality is far superior to the rollers I've seen at Target for double the cost. Their pro fitness mat is very nice as well.
