It is the second time that I make use of Optiontown to purchase flight passes. I ran into a problem the second time but after chatting to Victor Morris, he helped me quickly to resolve the issue.

I like the service. Kelly is so helpfull. The only problem I can is the payement engin. For more 3 months am not able to pay by card.

For some reason, I couldn't find the booked flight (PAL airline) which I redeemed under my Flight Pass. I was trying to change the date of my flight. I decided to try the customer service chat box. My concern was handled by Roger Williams. He said he will change it from his end. The flight change was completed within a few minutes! It was one of the fastest transactions/requests I experienced.

Mr Jack Small is really patient and professional , heartfelt thanks to his wonderful help and assistance. I will always go back to book because of his professional works. Thank you

I was concerned after KQ discontinued their service. But I was systematically and carefully led to an alternative that secured my money. Thank you ever so much.

Am satisfied with the service provided by Jack Small - he acted upon swiftly (within 30 mins) in activating my flight pass (just sent him the payment details). He is also polite and calm in responding to all my queries.
