Wrong digital product licensed
We licensed the wrong digital product. OptinMonster and technical support agent Nwachukwu – immediately – reacted and refunded the payment, almost just when we cancelled and asked for refund support. Crazy good customer service, 100 % satisfied. Tells a lot about any collaboration. – Marcus Podorf

Refund
I wanted a refund because i could not afford it. Mustafa helped me without any issues, i'm very pleased with the customer service. I found optinmonster easy to use, got some conversions from it.

So helpful at the beginning to assist with the setup
So helpful at the beginning to assist with the setup ! I've had some troubles finding the different settings for the Content Locker option. Not only did they helped me within hours, I've also received a video to help me out on my own account. Amazing, amazing, amazing.

Exceptional technical support from Mustafa!
Mustafa from support went above and beyond to help us! Our organization's website was dealing with heavy bot traffic that suddenly drained our campaign pageview limits.
