OptinMonster is easy to set up and offers practical campaigns. When I had a minor issue and contacted their technical support, I communicated with Mr. Nwachukwu, who explained the problem in detail and helped resolve it. Some companies provide only AI, not real humans, like OptinMonster.

cancellation and refund policy is highly predatory. There is no support person just a chatbot. To the response below - I am logged into my account. I clicked support and it opened the following URL: app.optinmonster.com.account.support/ clicking the "create a support ticket" takes you to the same URL. I am cancelling my account within 1 hour of receiving the renewal notice, but you refuse to refund me for the next year of service, which I do not need. I am not even pursuing refund for the past 2 years of service which were not used. (Business/website closed).
