Hi Paul 👋 Thanks for sharing your experience with OptinMonster. We're genuinely sorry it didn't turn out as positive as we'd hoped. Your satisfaction is our goal, and we apologize for any inconvenience. We understand your concern about the automatic upgrade. While we provide settings to control what happens when campaigns exceed the pageview limit, it seems your account was set to upgrade automatically. We regret any confusion this may have caused. I see our team was able to quickly resolve the issue by refunding your transaction. Your feedback is valuable, and we'll use it to improve our processes and communication. Thank you for giving OptinMonster a chance. We hope you'll consider us again based on our team's prompt assistance in this situation. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you need further help.
