I am waiting from months

Worst customer service ever. Refused to take return. When I contacted them and emailed them I was just told "You should have ordered different lenses". That is it. DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THEM!!

Can’t review product because I Placed order in 4/15 , order said pending until 4/26 when I sent an email for status update. Third party tracking # , told me to download SHOP to track order. Was to be delivered 4/29, out for delivery then delayed, 4/30-5/2 out for delivery, 5/3 at 1:49 am said it was delivered to front porch. Nope. No delivery and getting ahold of anyone is a joke. Can’t contact delivery service because you don’t know who exactly is delivering them. Has anyone had luck just filing a claim with your bank for your money back if you flat out never recieved product?

ordered glasses back in febuary and still have not received them been lied to 3 times about when they would be shipped out. refuses to refund

I ordered prescription goggles for my husband to ride in. The prescription was perfect but the goggles were not goggles. First of all they did not fit snugly over any face, including large & small men and a woman. There was no flexibility and no way of fitting. Secondly, there were openings in either side of the goggles. Completely unsuitable for riding. The company said they were as shown, so I guess I didn’t get my magnifying glass out to look closely at the photo. If you look up the definition of goggles, these do not fit the bill. The company offered a discount - first 35%, then 40% off my next order but I don’t feel comfortable ordering from a company that gives such a shoddy product and doesn’t stand behind their product. I won’t be ordering from this company again and if you check any other review I’ve ever given, I always give 5 stars as believe if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say it. I’m making an exception for this as I feel that low income people may try to order due to price point. In this case you don’t even get what you pay for.

This company is a rip off. I wish I looked at the reviews first! This is a cheap Chinese rip off company. I ordered shop prescription safety gasses. They never gave me an expected delivery date. Every time I wrote to them, they answered with, "do you want these for reading"? They did this over and over again. After about the 8th time I told them to cancel my order and I want my money back. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Never use this company. I will only go to reputable establishments and pay the extra money.

Terrible customer service, I ordered sunglasses with the description, blue mirrored lenses and added my prescription to them. The glasses I got did not have blue mirrored lenses even though it was clearly seen on my order. After many emails back and forth, the company refused to make it right, correct, or refund. Only saying sorry for the inconvenience. You get what you pay for cheap price, cheap customer service, won’t stand behind their product. BTW, the company doesn't post negative reviews on their website, I left two, neither ever showed up, scammy.
