Don't touch with a barge pole. Their advertising was misleading. I asked various questions and they just stopped answering. I even tried ringing them in China in answer. I fired off loads of emails and chat to cancel and nothing. I contacted PayPal who raised a case, opticalfactor uploaded info that they had shipped my order 10 mins after I placed it so forgot about the 24 hr cancelation. Luckily for me PayPal upheld my complaint and refunded me. 1 pair of glasses arrived, prescription wrong, frames you can buy for 1.99 from temu. Avoid this company they are a scam.

Glasses were not as described, prescription wasn't correct, can't use them at all. Company refused my request for a refund. I will never work with to this company again, and cannot in any way recommend Optical Factor.

The safety glasses they gave me is fake. I was duped

This company is a scam, don't waste your time. Their discount codes don't work. They lie about shipping times.

They had a lot of great "Trustpilot looking" reviews on their website. Turns out , all fake! Glasses are exceptionally poor condition and very badly made. I am really upset by this purchase and of course can't get ahold of customer service. I do not recommend buying here. Was really looking forward to receiving these and could not be more disappointed by the final result. EDIT: the company got back to me two weeks or so later. I explained why I was unhappy with the quality and product and was told that it isn’t their problem. They wouldn’t let me return or do a refund. DO NOT TRUST.

Added glasses to cart, then noticed super fake looking phone number (800-123-1234). Not gonna risk it after reading all the bad reviews.

I tried to buy prescription sunglasses with their 2-for-1 discount offered on their website. When I went to check out, I was told that the glasses were not eligible for the discount. I then started a 'chat' with the online help, and there was no response for 2 days. I then emailed them the same question and never received a reply. I, therefore, gave up on trying to order glasses from their site.

All these reviews are accurate. So not waste your money with these people. Complete scam
