The prescription insert will only stay in with tape and the nose pieces were missing. Customer services insist this is not the case. Terrible company to deal with. The actual prescription is accurate and the glasses look good. Quality is cheap and not very robust. The glasses took a long time to arrive and were a waste of money sadly. Not a cheap option. I will pay more in future.

Can't see out of them. Once I received these prescription glasses for running I could not see out of them and it was obvious the prescription was incorrect Opticalfactor insisted it was the prescription I had sent. They offered a percent off my next order but I declined. I guess I have given them a donation.

I ordered four pairs of glasses, during a 2-for-1 sale. Two sunglasses, and two reading glasses. One pair of sunglasses and reading glasses were actually fine, however, the other sunglasses were sent with the wrong lenses, and the reading glasses were sent with an incorrect prescription, despite the website auto-filling the same prescription for all orders. Customer service has ignored me; I posted a one-star review to their website, which they have not published, thus they are censoring negative reviews on their own site. Eventually, I received a scummy engrish response trying to blame me for information that was not revealed to me at the time of purchase: (lense switching; the glasses I ordered are described with polarized prescription lenses available) "If you don't need prescription, the lenses will default to be as picture. But after the prescription is made, the lenses will be customized according to your choice.we made polarized grey lenses according to your order. We confirmed with our staff, they made according to your prescription info, please understand."

Got the wrong frames and they won’t give me a refund or send me the right frames. No phone number or any other way to reach anyone. Just a scam. “Sorry, due to different batches, the frames you received may not be the same as those shown on the website. Moreover, they are the same everywhere else. We'd like to refund you $5 if you don't mind using it.” Totally scammy. Just call me or email me if you don’t have what I ordered.

This sit is a scam. Order prescription sunglasses for my son. Sent strange color and no script in them. They are the kind of glasses you would buy at the gas station for $1.99 … stay clear it is a scam. Don’t believe the fake reviews on their site!!!!

I didn’t realise it was a foreign company until I saw the money leave PayPal. Customer service is shocking. I tried to cancel the order after I saw the reviews on here and facebook, I should have looked at reviews before ordering (my fault). Two of the pairs I were ordered were ok, had them checked at an opticians to make sure. The other two I ordered were absolutely horrible and made of an awful material. Tried many times to contact them to arrange return, they chose to ignore. Managed to get a partial refund through PayPal but that was a fight and optical factor kept some of the refund! PayPal keep insisting I talk to optical factor but optical factor don’t answer messages! Stay clear, don’t waste your money. They should allow returns considering you can’t try before you buy.

Don't bother placing an order with this company, just set your money on fire and flush it down the toilet. You'll end up with same useable product. The frames are poorly made and the lenses are even worse. Mine were so bad they actually caused vertigo. An optometrist looked at them and was amazed that they even thought someone could wear them without discomfort. And if you attempt to get resolution from "customer service", you will just get a runaround and then ignored. Please don't give this company any more money.

Garbage product. Non-existent customer service. Bought my sport sunglasses in May. Arrived in June after an inexplicable delay. I used my sunglasses for two months until a lens simply fell out while I was rolling down the highway. Have tried repeatedly to get someone to address the fact that $200 glasses shouldn't fall apart after two months of normal use. Can't even get a reply to my emails and chat inquiries.
