OpticalfactorReviews of opticalfactor.com

I ordered prescription safety glasses, and what arrived were normal safety glasses with no prescription whatsoever, after a lot of back and forth with them asking what I ordered (eventually sent them a screenshot of my account off their own website), they told me to send a report from an Optician to prove they have no prescription (rather than them asking me to send the glasses back). I should have beleived the extremely poor reviews I read.

I received my prescription eyeglasses from Opticalfactor and they misread the prescription as my naked eyes are clearer than these new glasses. I have asked them each day of this past week to either re-do them correctly or to refund and allow me to return them. Opticalfactor keeps delaying their responses hoping I will simply go away. Their own website is only showing 5-star reviews as this same review here was not allowed on their own site as they screen their reviews. I learned a lot from Trustpilot and see how shady Opticalfactor is.

After realizing the reviews on this website were fake reviews I attempted to cancel my order through their website to no avail. They intentionally ignored my reques and mailed it 7 days later while i continued to attempt cancellation and then finally 8 days after I originally cancelled it they finally answered and said, oh sorry we have already mailed it out Crooks corrupt chinese thieves. ROCK W.

The customer service is a JOKE. They sent me the wrong item and refused to exchange or let me return. the glasses a CHEAPLY MADE AND JUNK!!! I do not reccomend at all.

They told me to go to my local option to fix the poor quality glasses they sent . See message In fact, it is very simple, just need you to press the lens hard, the lens can fall off, and then install it. You can also ask your local optician for help, thank you

I ordered glasses, which came when expected, but the lenses were incorrect - the focus was different all over the lens. I couldn't walk with them on without feeling dizzy. I looked on website, but the "returns" page wasn't working. Finally sent a chat explaining the problem. It's been three days now and they keep asking ridiculous questions like "is the problem with distance or near". They're single vision glasses, so they are not for reading. Still no resolution. They're trying to wear me out. I don't want to spend 10 hours trying to get a refund for one pair of glasses. Will NEVER order from them again.

I ordered a pair of prescription polarized sunglasses for my husband. We received the glasses and the prescription is not correct. There is no easy way to return the product to have them verify if it was their error and they advised me that they made the prescription I sent. They also advise me that I should take the prescription somewhere else to have it checked instead of offering me a partial refund or having me send it back so that they could correct it. I’m out 70 dollars

Sent my prescription, paper, to make sure it was made correctly. As I already bought a pair at another store with the same prescription, the prescription was correct. My prescription is very small and they sent me HUGE correction. I asked them to make it work, they responded that I need to wear them a couple of days !?!??? I Can’t even walk with theses on!!!!! And one of the pair is cracked out of the box! They are supposed to be new! 135$ in the trash!!! ITS A SCAM!!!
