When I ordered glasses from this company I had no idea they were based in China and that my order would be coming from there. I paid for expedited shipping, which was a waste since they were shipping from China anyways. I ordered on 3/15/2024 and of this day 04/01/2024 they have still not arrived. There is no indication on their website that this is a Chinese company. No disclaimer. I am not opposed to ordering from China, but I want to do so knowingly. If they have that information listed somewhere on their website it is hidden or minimized so that it is not readily noticeable. I cannot speak to the quality of the product as it hasn't arrived.

Shockingly bad, easily the worst online prescription glasses shop I have ever used.The non slip glasses poor quality but as the left lens is wrong the quality will never be an issue. I sent them the same picture of my prescription that I have used for all my other glasses. The left lens is wrong, they told me to go to an optician to confirm, first one refused but another checked as I was getting an eye test. They confirmed what I knew as I could only see out of the glasses if I closed my left eye. They told me to return at my cost, asked them for a link to courier to use as I have never posted to China before and the cheapest I could find was £16. This is the reply “I'm sorry that we made the glasses according to your order information. If you do not have a reasonable test report, we can not arrange for you to re-customize. We also do not have a return label, I hope you can understand, thank you”

Been over a month and no glasses wrote company a few times no response!!! Terrible customer service!!! I think my money is gone!!! Don't do it!!!!!!!!!!

Glasses were broke when I got them go to return page and it pages not found basically I have emailed them twice and no response I threw those $70 glasses in the garbage if you think about ordering from them run run run

At first, the website reviews looked good. Customer service replied promptly to emails querying the extra time being taken for mine to be made and arrive. They were supposed to be polarised (missing) but for the price I didn't grumble. A few days ago, I put them on and the frame snapped under one eye, and the lens fell out. I'd had the glasses 5 months. Customer services take days to respond, and tell me that they have a 2 month warranty (almost like they're expecting things to break and don't want to be liable!) l, but they could offer me 35% off a replacement order. I'm very tempted to go to a store, that although doesn't do sports wrap round frames, which I like, will at least look after their customers in an event like this. They haven't responded to the last email suggesting that they could pay 35% of my replacement glasses from another company. What a surprise!

I've never left a review before but the glasses were so terrible, aligned with the reviews on their website being so different to the reviews here, I felt I had to. Prescription Sunglasses - Left eye was ok, right eye made to the wrong prescription, + the polarising was uneven on the lens making it different tint according to where you moved your eye. Complete rubbish. They replied to my first email and since then they have ignored all of my follow ups.

I purchased glasses after measuring as per the instructions on the website however once I received them they were too big. I emailed to find out how I could return the glasses as their returns page wasn't working. After one week and no reply, I emailed again and eventually got a reply. After several emails back and forth I was told that 'According to our return policy, customized prescription glasses are not applicable to return or refund if there is no quality issue.' Given that their returns page wasn't working, if I had known this in advance, I would have ordered from a more reputable company in the first place. Be aware of this before ordering!!

Ordered 3 pairs of glasses on Feb 2/24 Order sat for over 2 weeks with no movement on it, I emailed the confirmation email address to ask why my shipment is showing no movement in 2 weeks, no reply, I then went on there chat area and sent in chat that my order is over 2 weeks with no movement. After 2 days they replied say there was a problem with customization of my order ( I think that means they messed up and misplaced my order) I finally got the glasses which came in March 6 / /24 seem to be ok but waiting over a month with no updates is not a good way to build there business. Will I do business again , most likely no
