I ordered prescription sunglasses and uploaded all relevant information. I was sent a pair of broken glasses. When I mailed the company they persistently asked me various questions including asking for photos of the broken glasses several times. I asked them to mail me what I had ordered. After days of emails going backwards and forwards they are now just ignoring me. Thankfully I paid on a credit card so can get a refund. Please do not shop with Optical Factor, these people are thieves and not to be trusted.

Biggest ripoff online. Once you realize you're waiting on your order to be filled and mailed from China, it's too late. Refund.. at best, only half. It amazes me this company is allowed to sell. PLEASE 🙏.. Do not waste your time or money with Optical Factor. There's a reason they only have 1.5 stars out of 5

Do not order from these people. If you don't get what you think you're getting they will not make it right and they are borderline idiots.

Absolutely terrible after sales, I received my prescription safety glasses which were not at all fitted with my prescription lenses, I would say they were off the shelf £10 safety glasses that they charged me £48 for, when I contacted them to complain I was told it was my fault even though I had attached my prescription when ordering, basically they won’t take responsibility so no putting it right or refund, they actually had the cheek to offer me 35% off my next purchase for my troubles, please everyone say clear of this terrible company

I too had clear prescription lens posted out despite ordering sunglasses shown with coloured lens. Most confusing ordering website which attributed to the problems. They have offered a discount but I do not trust that I am ordering correctly. Do not use them, once item received no returns it seems. Really I feel 'help' screens on their website would solve most issues, however the ordering does not show items ordered before you make payment. Not a good outcome.

the order was wrong. size, type of lenses. the customer service provrastinated all conversations with non-sense claims or questions until i gave up. They didn't refund, and didn't provide right order. I sent a review through their website, but the didn't release it.

This would be one of the worst online companies I have ever dealt with! They are obviously NOT opticians because they couldn't understand a simple prescription for reading glasses from OPSM here in South Australia! When I received the glasses, they were completely wrong, and trying to get any sense out of their Customer Service people is absolutely impossible. Be very careful when dealing with this company....it's definitely a case of BUYER BEWARE!!

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. They took a long time to arrive. Arrived broken, which isn't surprising because they feel like they came from the dollar store. Very cheap. The prescription lense insert is blurry and looks more like a toy magnifying glass from when I was a kid. I reached out to them regarding the broken frame... they offered to send a new pair. Why would I want another pair? I filed a disputeb with PayPal. The company responded that they would refund me $8.00. I declined. They said to return and they will consider a refund.... they want me to pay for the return shipping to China for a product that came broken. Hopefully, PayPal will take care of things.
