I ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses for cycling. They broke before I could use them. They are made of poor quality materials. The company still owes me $106 dollars for an unfulfilled order. They are very difficult to communicate with. I would call this company fraudulent. Don't do business with them!

Glasses ordered look nothing like what was recieved and they fell apart the second day worn. Reviews on website are misleading

After months of waiting I checked with them and they said they were sending another pair of sunglasses since the others were lost. A month later I received sunglasses with a big scratch on them. Even without the scratch, they were the lowest quality glasses I have ever seen. We email back and forth for another month and they won't refund or even replace them without me paying to ship them back to China. Obviously, that is crazy expensive for an individual so I just got scammed out of over $100. Since my purchase, I have received marketing emails a total of 52 emails.

Ordered some polarised prescription glasses for work a month ago. They asked me for more money to thin the lenses so that they would fit the frame, so I paid the extra. I still haven't received my order. I chased them up on 15th April. They told me that the order is ready and on the 16th April, they sent me the shipping information. The tracking details they sent me still don't have the information regarding the parcel. It just says "unknown". It's now 25th April, the tracking is still showing "unknown" and the company are refusing to give me a refund! Since then I have ordered another pair through a different company and received them within a couple of days! Don't waste your time with this company. They are awful!

these glasses suck. I ordered some prescription sunglasses with the bifocal and everything about them is wrong. Primary prescription is bad, the bifocals are useless in the bottom. When you click the link about their refund and return policy, there is nothing there. I wish I had found these reviews before I had ordered. Don't waste your money.

Horrible customer service. No real homologation so cannot wear to work. Looooonnngggg shipping because it ships from chine. Low quality product, i do not recommend at all !! Very high price compared to cheap quality

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY they are a FRAUD!!!

Glasses took ages to turn up, when they did I couldn't wear them. Made me feel sick. Had to send them a copy of my prescription, which they said they were made correctly. Suggested that I should wear them longer to get used to them. Still no good. I've asked for a refund, so waiting to see
