I ordered the purple Jaime “sunglasses” from them and when I got them, I got the clear glasses (wrong pair) and I could barely see out of them too! I asked them for a refund and they told me they could not give me a refund!!! I am FURIOUS with them! A HUGE waste of money…DO NOT buy glasses from them! You will get ripped off……..

DO NOT buy from this company!!!! I received my order to find there was no prescription on the glasses, this company then asked me to get them tested which I did I informed this company that the glasses have been tested and confirmed to not have any prescription at all on the glasses. They wanted to see proof of the test but the shop I went to said it would cost to have written proof which I am not willing to pay out more money for! I then asked for a return and refund with this company and they will not supply me with either unless I pay to return the order myself but as they are in China it will cost me more to post them back for an error that is not my fault! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! not a helpful company at all and not very good at customer services!

Was really impressed when I first opened these, but the frames broke after less the 2 months and the company if pushing the claim that these are out of warranty as it took time for me to raise the issue. Avoid.

Cheaply made glasses - looked decent on day one, but broken within months, and they don't do customer service !!! Avoid .... their own website reviews are obviously cherry picked ... check out the real reviews on here .. Avoid Avoid Avoid

Ordered a month ago, still no glasses. They will only give a partial reimbursement, even tho I never even got them. Avoid the headache, u save money but won't get them for a month or 2 and won't refund money. I'm to poor to have this experience, and they will not help.

The worst experience. Ordered glasses in May got them in July. Customer Service was lame. The website looks a lot nicer and is a facade to the real customer experience. Optical Factor glasses are sooooo cheap. These are seriously the cheapest glasses. A shame! Do not order from here!

This company is horrible. I placed an order for customized sunglasses and all I get is emails from them saying "These are sunglasses you ordered customized to polarized aka transitions. I told them yes that is my order. I cycle, kayak, etc and it goes from sun to shade fast I need sunglasses to change accordingly." They keep sending emails and not completing my order as I ordered.

purchased a pair of bifocal sunglasses for my dad and when he received them Rx was incorrect and I paid additional $20 to remove the line from the lenses. They do not have a live person everything is through emails they don’t take any accountability for their mistakes. We spent weeks going back and forth explaining our concerns. I finally decided to take the lost. I warn everyone do not purchase from this company also know your glasses are coming from China it’s not a US company.
