OpticalfactorReviews of opticalfactor.com

Avoid. Cheap quality. 2 pairs broke after less than 6 months. They don’t stand by their product, offering 35% discount instead of replacement or refund. Finally, they don’t allow bad reviews to be published on their website, which is highly questionable.

They refuse to send me the advertised refund, even though I did not get what I had expected. Update: after much back n forth, they offered 1/2 back (their policy), but needed to send glasses back to a location in China, soi dropped the issue

If I could give minus stars I would I ordered prescription glasses from optical Factor I was told I'd received them in 5 to 7 days It took over a month to receive them when they did arrive they were too blurry to use I contacted them to let them know they were blurry they asked me to resend my script in so they could verify if they had the correct one on file I did that several times they finally replied and asked me to take them to a local optometrist to have them examine to see if it was the same script that I sent into them that would cost me money so I asked them if they reimburse me the cost they have never replied I have filed a fraud claim with my bank hopefully I will get my money back I do not recommend this company they are horrible based out of China they use cheap material and they don't back up their product why would I order glasses from this company and purposely send in the wrong script that's asinine I want my money back there are horrible company

If you are looking for a pair of safety glasses for airsoft they are not suitable as I hit them at 15 meters at 340fps cracked the lens and shots pieces of the lens backward. If I was wearing them it would have gone in my eyes and at 6 meters they straight through I don’t recommend this for airsoft.

I am extremely disappointed with my purchase from this company. The glasses I received are practically unusable because the inserts move too much, making it impossible to focus my vision. To make matters worse, customer service has been completely unhelpful. They refuse to provide a refund or any meaningful assistance, repeatedly claiming that the inserts adjust themselves, which is simply not true. Save yourself the hassle and do not purchase from here.

Lost 47$, no good, bad expérience, dont buy at this bad company

Horrible experience, waited a few weeks to receive a pair of sunglasses that are so poorly made they contact my eyes when I put them on!! The lenses are as thick as pop bottles, maybe thats what they are made from? They do not even come close to the contour of the frame and stick out so far from the frame at the nose bridge area that the lenses hit my eyes. They will not make it right after many attempts. Best they can say is 35% DISCOUNT WE TRY AGAIN!!!!!! BEWARE AND DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RIP OFF COMPANY. I left reviews on their site but guess what they block it and all they show is glorious 4 & 5 star bogus reviews.

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT use this company, it is a total waste of time and pretty much a scam - they send glasses that are completely different that do not even look at all like I ordered. The quality is the same as the glasses you would get inside a christmas cracker...
