Optery does not outsource its data broker removals or opt out operations to any other company or third-party. All data broker removals and opt out operations are processed under Optery, Inc., a C Corporation incorporated in the U.S. state of Delaware with worldwide headquarters in California. Our customer support and opt out operations personnel are located in the United States and in the Philippines. The third-party vendors and service providers we use are listed on our Privacy Policy. Dealing with data brokers is often challenging and this can lead to difficulties with certain sites sometimes which may have been what happened in your case.
