Regarding your question about how data brokers are assigned to each plan, the data brokers covered under each plan are determined by the level of service provided, with the Ultimate plan offering the most extensive coverage. However, some data brokers are specific to certain plans due to their unique opt-out processes or the level of automation and support provided for each plan. You can find a list of the data brokers we cover directly in your Optery dashboard, including those available with the Expanded Reach feature. Thank you for your feedback, we truly appreciate you giving Optery a try and sharing your thoughts. Data brokers, including Whitepages, Radaris, and PeopleFinders, have more complex and time-consuming removal processes that require extra resources, manual efforts, and repeated follow-ups to ensure successful opt-outs. Because of this, they are included in the Ultimate Plan, which provides the most comprehensive coverage and dedicated privacy agent support. That said, upgrading is always optional. We also offer a self-service opt-out option, allowing you to manually request removals for certain sites if you prefer not to upgrade. Regarding customer support, while we don’t currently offer phone support, we do provide priority email assistance for Ultimate Plan customers. We strive to respond to emails and chat inquiries as quickly as possible, handling each request in the order it was received to ensure fairness and efficiency. We’re always working to improve our service and appreciate your feedback.
