Don’t buy from this company. They put you in a recurring that you can’t cancel without your permission. The food is horrible. You will be sorry if you buy food from this company you better off buying your own food/ the diet is no sugar and no carbs.

CUSTOMER SERVICE NON-EXISTENT THEY DON'T CARE TO TALK TO YOU OR RESOLVE ISSUES. THEY ARE SET UP TO DEFLECT AND NOT ENGAGE DIRECT WITH THE CUSTOMER. Case #'s #05194108, #05203424, & #05220773 There is no way to contact them except by text. Then they say they will get back with you but several times now... they haven't. So I start over with another text. Still no resolution and so frustrating & disrespectful. I have ordered 16 boxes every month of a specific bar that I prefer for sometime now. On my last order they were out of my preferred bar so they arbitrarily substituted, without contacting me, with 16 boxes of pancake mix. Not even another bar. I have never ordered pancake mix before. They offered me to return it but once I did... they did not refund the full amount saying they don't refund shipping cost. I would understand that if it was my fault. It seems that they would prefer to have my $9.95 in shipping than the $300-$400/month that I have been spending.

I got an allergic reactiion to the products. Have been trying to get a refund. Nobody calls me back. I have tried contacting to no avail. I didn't start the products right away, so I received 2 shipments. I can't contact a human being that will talk to me. I am out about $700. Worse scam ever. Avoid at all costs!

If I could give a minus star, I would. This company is fraudulent. I ordered and paid for product from Trilivy (Optavia). The cost was $342.24. The company sent the order to a non-existent address, and FedEx could not deliver the product to my house. So they sent the order back to Trilivy. This company received that package on August 7. It is now August 27, and they have not returned my payment. I have called and chatted. The chat person said he was too busy to discuss this with me. They are a mess of a company.

This company has gone from delivering products within 24–48 hours to taking 10 days—while increasing shipping costs. That’s an unacceptable decline in service. Add in some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced, and it’s hard to understand how they think this is acceptable. Absolutely disappointing.

I stopped the program after four days. The coach was aware I have a limited budget to purchase groceries. She said a month's fueling with be about $400. I have a Cameron lesions and anemia. She reassured me that would not be a problem. I thought I would not have to buy any additional food. However, one cooked meal per day is recommended so I would have to buy "real" food anyway. I returned the unopened boxes and I have yet to receive my refund, after three weeks. The emails claim your return will be investigated and we will contact you. You can't speak to a live person.

This company is always changing names. Medfast, then Optavia and now Trilivy. It is bad processed food. Nothing but Soy powder proteins. For men, you will grow bigger boobs, guaranteed. They keep changing their name because they are getting a bad reputation for many things. So they try to hide their misdeeds with a new name. They Autoship your orders, and if you try to stop the order from happening, they screw you over and ship it anyway. Then you have to pay to return it. The fuelings cause stomach issues, gas and constipation. They keep you hooked on sweet processed packets or bars. If you follow it to a T, you can lose weight, but it always comes back on. It is NOT a healthy plan at all. You will also starve. So to combat the starving part, they are now pushing GLP-1's. It just keeps getting worse.

I have been on the program for little over a year now. With an old coach and replacement of new coach . Let me say this in beginning it was hard, it was more me over thinking things at times. Which cause me to renounce twice .. I’ve learned a great deal.. balance what you eat and balance your intake has its rewards .. the reason people have a hard time with it is because they think they are starving that’s because after two weeks your body jumps into a fast metabolism mode and makes you feel more hungry I got used to it . It definitely beats all those late night heart burns and taste of blood in my stomach , body aches , eating bad food , over doing it. Not sleeping well so on arthritis through out my body is definitely gone lost about 36 pounds and still keeping it off.. I don’t use customer services I use my couch and online orders although I did have an issue once with auto ordering they took it off ..
