This company has provided 0 customer service, never responds to emails, I have been on their weight loss program for 3 months without results. I have tried to reach them to share my concern, nothing but silence. When I call the pharmacy that is filling the prescription they refused to speak with me or provide me with a phone number. IMO this is a SCAM!

Approximately six months ago, I had contact with this company and the banking institution Chase. I contacted them and my banking institution contacted them at open Loop health and they were charging my account for $137 a month and they were told to stop charging my account. Open loop medical stop charging my account and sent back 300 and some more dollars and then I checked my account recently and went back all the way to October of last year and the company‘s been charging my account again. This company is deceptive. It is charging my account fraudulently , and now I have to file fraud complaints against them with my banking institution.

I wish I could give a 0 star - I had one interview and did not opt for the service and they charged my credit card for medication they never sent me over several months and only refunded the last month. Total rip off.

SCAM. FRAUD. Immediately took credit card info for unauthorized REOCCURRING payments before even completely form. No customer service number or contact. I contacted my bank immediately and they assisted, pointing out the REOCCURRING charges and scam/fraud red flags including completely different names and location of so-called company. Use a legit Healthcare site through hospital or established site to avoid these scammer preying on vulnerable people.

It is important to use the app and the sequence of processes with doctors appointment and order medication. The schedule for payment is atomically withdrawn weather you have made appointment or order next month’s medication.

Your website is really bad you should be taken down. Now that I have your Cust survive phone number everything is working much better.
