Mark, my Nurse Practitioner, was amazing! He was very personable while being professional; and he responded to everything quick and clear without making me feel rushed. Best of all, he helped give me confidence in my choices and in the plan. The video system was great, easy for anyone to use, and it was nice seeing a live person and their credentials on the screen. Remedymeds has felt very simple but is a fully comprehensive program. Great so far!

Despite multiple attempts to cancel my subscription, I was repeatedly met with robotic messages or support staff attempting to convince me to stay, after which I was charged again. Please let me know when a class action is inevitably filed on this poor excuse for a company, as it would be my pleasure to participate. Not only do they partake in questionable billing practices, but their product doesn't even work.
