My meds were 1day delayed using fedex. By the time I received them , they were warm. I need a refund or new shipment. I wiil not use the warm meds mailed to me

NP was very unprofessional. Patients are most definitely treated like a number. It felt like I was visit number 5,000 in the last hour. He rambled on so fast like from a script and I could hardly understand what he was saying. Gave it two stars because in the end I still got the medicine I wanted.

Made the appointment. No one joined after 20 minutes. Called the number. They failed to connect me to someone. Recieved a phone call and hour and a half later. Finally completed the appointment.
