Updated post: The Prenuvo scan experience was amazing. Staff is professional and walked me through everything! My initial review posted was about the contact with the clinician after the scan. I believe this is a third-party that provides the service and not Prenuvo staff. Originally posted: I would not expect a deep dive. The clinician was looking at it for the first time in real time. I knew I was going to my primary care physician anyway so it wasn’t too upsetting. However if you do not have a PCP and are looking for more let them know that up front.

My earliest appointment I could get was at 10:50pm EST! I waited 20 minutes for someone to show before logging off and trying the provided telephone number to reach someone only to get voicemail. I really needed to talk with a clinician about issues I am having, so I logged on doxy.me again and waited until I was able to speak with Ms.Myers who was very helpful.

I like how easy the system is to use and the doctor was proficient and knowledgeable. What I didn’t appreciate was that my appointment was cancelled twice and I waited over a week to get a doctor on the phone.

Need to let people know that Zepbound at 12.5 and higher is not available that may affect their decision to use this company for weight loss!

I never got a follow up email

I liked the speed with which the NP responded and how quickly my meds were ordered. However, I’m not sure the refill form was read since I got the usual boilerplate instructions meant for a new patient that I don’t think mentioned a specific dose or additives. Overall I’m happy with Remedy but it’s not very personalized.

I didn't appreciate being on hold for 45 minutes and had to call twice to get some service. I had an 7 pm appointment but didn't get seen until 7:45. That should have never happened.

I was in the chat room for 20-25 minutes and was told there was a provider shortage. I logged off and got a call about 10 minutes later. The person did not initially identify herself or that they were calling from Remedy Meds. She apologized for not being on-time, which was fine--stuff happens. I would recommend providers introduce themselves from the very beginning and who they are representing so it is clear it is not a spam call or wrong number.
