Titles always late seller % of title delivery far away from accurate and when you call customer service they have no update cause they gave sellers 45 days to deliver title this is pure bullshit

A total scam company that GM uses at the end of your lease - they send a jerk in a BMW to your home who scrutinizes every inch of your vehicle, then sends the report to GM and you over and over again The texts are annoying. They even had the wrong maturity date for my vehicle earlier than it actually was. Then after we put better tires on and fixed minor issue to avoid the exorbitant wear and damage prices GM was going to charge me, open lane won’t come back and reinspect your vehicle!!! Then GM sent me same final bill before we fixed tire and deck lid issue!!! Don’t ever Lease anything with GM !!!! Them and open Lane totally out to scam people!!!! I took impeccable care of my leased Blazer and treated beyond horrible- NY attorney general should be contacted about these 2 companies!!!!

I have had nothing but BS from these guys. Rolled back odometers that they don't do anything about, 2 vehicles that I bought and paid for and went to pick up but 1 of them the dealer sold for more money and the other just relisted it and backed out and it's still available. I had 1 title that took 3 months and they cashed my money anyways. Many are misrepresented. They don't care. I gave it a 2 star because I have made big money on a couple of them because I know how to cherry pick. That really is a star for me not them. One of them was a 2023 Kia Soul with 18k miles on it that they pretended it wouldn't power up to cover up a blown motor. I got the motor replaced for free at Kia under warranty and made $5k. Karma.

Sold us a truck advertised 44k miles while the truck really mileage is 670k miles. Somewhere on the bottom with small letter saying TMU.

Condition reports are biased. I think payola is going on for the inspector to NOT SHOW all the damages or even make sure a shadow appears on the damaged areas so to try to get top dollar for a piece of crap car. I've bought over a hundred cars from them so far, shame on me. More than 70 percent NEVER match the condition report. BUYER BEWARE go to another platform if you want an honest online experience, And I thought Backlot was bad. Much worse here. I try to arbitrate and they basically say GO POUND SAND. Total Crap Site.

Do not trust this auction, they only care about franchise dealers and small dealers are just numbers to them, Account reps are not on your side, BUYERS BEWARE
