The slippers are falling apart with 2 weeks of wearing them

Slippers
The slippers I ordered did not have enough material over the heal and would not stay on my feet. I returned them to the company and have yet to get any responce or a refund.

I was so excited to get the Bob Ross…
I was so excited to get the Bob Ross men’s slippers for my nephew. The slippers in his size run extremely small. I have been trying in vain to contact customer service via phone & email & many times… I have never received any kind of response from either. I wanted to return as the next larger size was sold out.I now have a useless pair of slippers & out the money paid for them. I am terribly disappointed & will not shop with your company ever again!

Was not reimbursed for their mistake
The socks are great, but when I put in the recipient's address (they were a gift for a friend in NYC) it didn't save and the socks were sent to my address, the default in their system. I had to then send them to my friend in NYC and I was not reimbursed for the shipping.
