We did want to clarify that your order was shipped from our warehouse on July 27, the same day it was placed, and the USPS tracking shows that it was delivered to your mailbox on August 1 in Ashburn, VA. We certainly would never intentionally hold an order at our store, and we're sorry if there was any confusion regarding the delivery. At this time, our warehouse is not set up for in person pickup or retail operations. It functions strictly as a fulfillment center, which allows us to process orders accurately and consistently for customers nationwide. While some local brands offer pickup options, our current setup prioritizes order efficiency, inventory control, and shipping reliability rather than walk in service.
