I purchased one of their custom canvases on 6/10/2020, and attached the image I wanted used as a JPG format....the most widely used digital image format. I requested an update twice after zero correspondence from that at the 3 week mark, well outside of their time frames stated on their webpage, and was responded to after the second request that their system could not open the file format, and that I would need to resend everything. I immediately requested a refund, but no response. I requested an update on the refund 8 days later, 7/14/2020, and was told I could only request a refund within 24 hours of placing the order. That information is no where in their return policy on their website. UPDATE!!! I received a package in the mail the afternoon of this review. I was very confused as nothing showed to be on it's way at all. I opened it up, the packing slip shows my information, it is the correct product, but the photo is definitely not of my wife and I. So, Jon, if you're out there, the canvas of you and Sarah turned out very nice. This company is an absolute joke!
