I am attempting to order from this…
I am attempting to order from this company, but it won't accept my shipping address. So I am frustrated because I have three gifts I want to order and couldn't find a working customer service number that accepted calls. Tried chatting, but keep telling me it is my internet. Not the case. My office building has great internet service. So not happy.

Highly disappointed!
Your advertisement doesn’t show what is down both sides! Unless you’re putting canvas where no one can see the POWERED BY OOH-GIFT.COM on both sides DON’T do it!

If I could put negative stars I would. Placed an order i. June way of $200.00 plus was my items I have yet to receive my items or a response back to the inquire of my items. They actual don't have a phone. This is the worst please under no circumstances please ever order from this company PLEASE

Damaged Canvas: No Refund
The canvas arrived with red ink smeared all over the bottom few inches. I was told this was “design” and that this was how it is supposed to look. Well, it looks absolutely awful. If this is their “design” technique... run!!! After 5-6 emails asking for a refund, nothing. No response- no direct number to call to resolve this issue. Do not order from this company. Worst customer service! I will not be recommending this company to anyone.

Horrible Product
Who wants to spend $100 on a canvas that has advertisements more visible than the art itself? If you do, then buy this crap. What are they thinking?

Disappointed gift recipient and sad for my husband
Do not, and I repeat, do not purchase a piece of art from this company. My husband as a wedding gift surprise ordered a piece of matte canvas. The piece itself is lovely, but I can't use it as they've put their advertisement on the side of my wall art. How could a company expect someone to hang wall art in their home with their advertisement as large as the day on the side of the wall art. Unless they replace it, which they should, I have to toss it. Do not and I repeat, do not order from them unless you specifically state you do not want to be a piece of advertisement for them in your home.

We received our canvas
We received our canvas. It has their name on both sides of the canvas and a thank you on the canvas’s bottom. We were going to hang it on the wall but we don’t want their name showing, its tacky. It is our special wedding day. I want one without advertisements on it. Seriously, could you not put that on the back of the canvas? Not happy, asking for a full refund. 😡
