I didn’t get my granddaughter blanket…
I didn’t get my granddaughter blanket yet I would like a call to tell me why I paid $111.00 for it that’s a lot of money for a senior citizen I would like my money back or the blanket thanks

Disappointed
I ordered a canvas over a week ago and was charged for it immediately. So far I have only received 1 email stating order my order was received, and I was charged full price right away. However, I haven't heard anything since, despite writing 2 emails requesting an update on my order. The phone number listed in the website to contact you doesn't even work. I ordered this item a full 2 weeks before the surprise was placed for my wife because the website said I'd get it in time. She arrives next Thursday and I haven't even heard from your company that it has shipped. I am very disappointed and don't really know what else to do to get a response from you all. Please respond asap.

Hi Travis, We sincerely apologize for the delay, but please understand that the product you order is personalized, we need time to design, manufacture, and deliver. If you place an order on May 23, we will always place the order in pending status within 12 hours so that the customer wants to change or cancel. And it takes 24 hours for the design, after that we move to production takes 7 to 8 business days and the delivery time takes 3 to 5business days.
