The canvas arrived with red ink smeared all over the bottom few inches. I was told this was “design” and that this was how it is supposed to look. Well, it looks absolutely awful. If this is their “design” technique... run!!! After 5-6 emails asking for a refund, nothing. No response- no direct number to call to resolve this issue. Do not order from this company. Worst customer service! I will not be recommending this company to anyone.

We ordered a gift canvas for our good friends for their anniversary! It came promptly and was everything we expected! They are thrilled with it and it now hangs in a prominent place in thier home!

This is a personalized item that I had hoped but was not going to be surprised if it didn’t come in time for me to take to a new condo we had just purchased. It arrived a full 4 days before we left to move our possessions in! I was able to hang it right away. Service was great! The product is great!
