I had reserved an onboard ticket from Loas Angeles to Manila. BUT, I was supposed to make it from Manila to Los Angeles instead. I emailed them, and they made arrangements for me to be able to change, reverse, the origin and departure cities, without any issues. The support team handled it professionally, and in a timely and polite manner. Kudos to them. I would highly recommend the Onboardticket website for you onbaord ticket needs, because if you do have any issues, they are Johnny on the spot to find it, correct it, and make it right, which is a big load off the consumer. Great service and communication

I accidentally booked my onward ticket for June instead of May. When I contacted them they responded incredibly quickly. Honey was incredibly kind and promptly sent me the link to change the date. The whole process was smooth and easy. Their customer service was amazing – helpful, friendly and reliable. I’d definitely use their service again!

They only tell you clearly that the ticket is valid for 48 hours after you make a booking, otherwise it’s there on the home page but easily skippable. Then they will refuse your refund request. Terrible UX and service. EDIT: They contacted me and I've received their refund. I've amended my review to reflect their goodwill.
