Well the idea is good, but for two destination between which there are no direct flight the only option is to get a normal onward flight.BUT the website gives you RIDICULOUS itinerary. Foy example, for a flight Lima Quito, I didn't pay for the direct flight so gave me a flight with layover in.... HOUSTON TEXAS!!!!! I struggle at the Lima customs. God dammit layover are much easier and cheap in Panama or Colombia, but in Texas w.t.f!!!

EDIT: Finally Onward Ticket support contacted me two hours later. There was a second Passenger Name Record (PNR) added by Ethiopian Airlines that I did not receive, so it was already late for me to use the reservation. I was afraid to use my original PNR without being able to verify it in the airline or in Check My Trip. Support kindly told me a refund for my order has been processed for the inconvenience. I personally recommend that the reservation is booked with enough time if you are willing to check the PNR and to avoid any of these issues. ORIGINAL: I'm not able to verify my assigned PNR either on Ethiopian Airlines nor in the Check My Trip app. Airline states: "Problem occurred while retrieving your itinerary. Itinerary does not exist or verification information like first name, surname or email is not valid" I immediately contacted support but have received no answer at all.

Amazing service! Received my tickets right after payment (less than a minute). Verified on the company site and everything is perfect. Reached out to customer support for an additional request. They were very nice and made the changes. Simply the best!

I have used onwardticket multiple times when I have needed to show onward travel at the airport and also more recently for a visa application. The tickets come through instantly and have always been accepted. The customer service has always been excellent and responsive. They recently assisted me with a refund as I had made a mistake and then rebooked with the correct details.

I bought a ticket through the website ,and I got it instantly, I even checked it on the airline website manage booking at it was there. However when I went to the counter they asked for my return ticket and I show them this ticket , they said this is not vaild , since there is no ticket number. And I even went to the website to download the ticket to show it to them ,and it failed "Tickets and receipts are not available." " Had to purchase a ticket on the spot ,almost lost my ticket EDIT: They refunded the amount , The website only offer PNR (which can be used when applying for visa) but wont offer ticket # ! so watch dont use the service if you plan to use it as a return dummy ticket

I purchased the onward ticket, and I confirmed the purchase on my phone, then it said I should wait and it was going to take only 1 minutes. Some minutes later it errored out, but my card was still charged. I wrote to support@ onwardticket.com and they replied 6 hours later saying they could not find my booking, and they issued a refund and I would get it in 5 - 7 business days which I got in my account sooner than that.
