Sadly the service did not work after I paid as it could not find any flights. However the customer service was really good and helped asmuch as they could. When nothing could be done they refunded me without any complaints. They also replied really fast to all of my emails.

Pesquisei muito antes de optar pela plataforma, é muito indicada pelo YouTube porém tinha um número de comentários negativo. É necessário que ative o ticket 48 antes da data em que você precisa que o mesmo esteja ativo ( DETALHE IMPORTANTE). Minha viagem é em Agosto agora, certamente estou mais segura após o esclarecimento que o suporte me ofertou.
