Thanks for the refund
Onward ticket, can book a ticket for you, at the time, i think there's no option for you to check the itinerary prior booking, so, that was a big inconvenience in my personal case... I truly appreciate they helped me with a refund.

10/10 Support is Amazing
I have used onward ticket many times for travel to central and south America. Only once Avianca airlines didn't like the ticket, I contacted support and within 20 minutes had a refund of the full amount back in my account. I will always try onwardticket.com first before booking refundable flights. Amazing support and service.

Charged without receive my ticket, no refund sent
Onward Ticket charged me 32,00 USD and couldn’t find any flight for the route that I requested. They told me that a refund would be released within 5 to 7 working days but still haven’t send me it over 20 days later. Terrible experience!

Hi Paulo, We tried to reach you multiple times to resolve this, but we didn’t get any more responses from you. Hopefully you will see our response here. While refunds sometimes take a few days, in most cases they do show up immediately. This varies from bank to bank. We did contact your bank directly and they confirmed with us that the refund was successful. Furthermore, they said refunds to not show up in the ‘transaction history’, but they do in the ‘invoice summary’. In order to get there, please follow these steps: - Tap the "Credit Card" area; - Then, tap the "Invoice Summary" shortcut. There you should be able to see that your payment was refunded.
