Purchased the ticket an hour before checkin BKK to Singapore and it arrived both a screen version and the emailed version in approx 90 seconds. Worked like a dream.

Although I had trouble at first, the support team was very responsive and solve my problems in due time for my flight! Highly recommend!

UPDATE: They reached out and refunded. They are very responsive. Updating to 3 stars, they still need to change their system. It's such a poor user experience that you have to basically pay and pray. There should be a way to create an account, follow up, the system should first look for available tickets before charging, once they find they could charge. "Total SCAM, do not use it. They charge you before telling you there are flights, then the message we cannot find the booking, try again. The support team was very responsive telling me they issued a refund, but what was most likely happening is they were waiting for the transaction to be confirmed. They had the audacity to tell me to keep spending 23$ over and over until I find a flight available."

1 Customer service is fantastic they answer every question until your sure 😊. 2. I made an error on my first name I managed to change that. 3.The onward ticket was worth its weight in gold when asked at check on Air India flight from Goa to Bangkok and luckily I just purchased one. So I can honestly say it worked for me, plus it gave me piece of mind ,when your stressing will I get asked or not .... believe me it's better to pay £13 than to have a heart attack at check-in or immigration....yes 8 out of 10 don't ask but the day they do your left floundering. So thanks onward ticket worked for me

I just found out about this service today. Great business model. I booked a ticket and downloaded it in about 4 minutes. When I looked at the ticket it had the wrong date. I emailed customer service and received two responses within 5 minutes. One automated, but the human follow-up sent a link to fix my issue. The fix took 2 minutes. It was a fast, simple and accurate fix to my issue. Overall, a great interaction with this company. They solve a problem that is quite ridiculous in the first place. They are not the cheapest provider out there, but after today’s customer service, this is my only onward ticket provider. Highly recommended.
