Onward TicketReviews of onwardticket.com

Onward Ticket are amazing! Easy and fast service while also a very responsive and proactive customer support! Very much recommended :)

Had a problem at the airline counter and needed to adjust the ticket reservation quickly. They are at your side within minutes. A refund was also offered promptly in case the issue could not be solved Great job

I’m really happy with the customer service! They resolved my issue super quickly and made everything so easy.

This is the best companion that anybody that travels a lot internationally can wish for. Booked a flight out for a relative and the ticket they booked had a stopover in the USA. Some countries need visa to do that stopover so I reached out to ask for it to be changed. Literally heard back from them within 25 minutes. They fixed the ticket and all was solved. I was initially thinking I would never hear back in time, but they were very quick to respond.

Responsive, quick and efficient! Such a relief

I had booked my ticket way too early. The nice sales person understood my error clearly and gave me an option to have my money refunded so I can rebook my ticket on the day. I was actually leaving. Thank you so much. This means the world to me. this is a very good service.

Great Customer-Service! Made a mistake, and booked to early. They gave me a coupon for a full refund! Normally Airlines suck. ;)

Bought ticket a few hours before my international flight to Asia. Received it instantly. Return ticket proof was asked at baggage check in, ticket worked perfectly. Even if it's a bit more expensive compared to others, it works 100%, I recommend.
