Absoluter Schwachsinn! Am Flughafen wurde die Reservierung alleine nicht angenommen und wir brauchten eine Ticketnummer. Die wird aber von onward-Ticket gar nicht geliefert. Somit war die Bezahlung unnötig und die Dienstleitung unbrauchbar.

I have used this company several times in the past and have always been impressed by the ease and speed of the process. This last time when I hit a snag, customer service was quick to respond and helped me solve the problem in no time. Would recommend and will use again!

I love this company! I was unfamiliar with Onward Ticket until approximately May 2024, when a colleague mentioned them in conversation. Fast-forward to January 2025; I have used them at least a dozen times. They serve a valuable purpose, and the customer service is always fast and outstanding when needed (which is rare because it works as designed). I will continue to come back when the need arises.

I tried to book a flight and unfortunately my payment kept on rejecting. When I checked my account, I saw a USD 16.00 fee. I immediately mailed Onward Ticket, and within 10 mins I had a response. Turned out in the end "if I had read the message in my bank app correctly, it had declined the USD16.00 for whatever reason. Nevertheless, I am extremely impressed, thank you Honey for your speedy response.....fantastic Customer Service!
