Hi, this was the first time I tried this service and was a very stressful experience at the beginning. I needed a flight from Peru to Colombia but the website booked me one with a very confusing airline, which it was a mess try to confirm the reservation, so, I contacted the customer support asking for help with verifiable airline but Mélodie replied "sorry, that is not possible about the airline, check your PNR on checkmytrip"... and was very frustating. HOWEVER, Honey took my case and worked on it offering me a better solution with another airline which I was able to check my reservation number (PNR) even though it didn't work on checkkmytrip as Melodie suggested at the beginning. So, after this was very helpful having this resevation with the border police and I could pass without any problem. BTW, This isn't illegal; it's like booking in the old days, when you went personally to an agency and they would "freeze" your ticket for 24-48 hours until you made the payment so you wouldn't lose the fare. After this, Honey saved the play and I could have my reservation without any problem actually, I asked for my PDF in case the wifi failed me in the airport, and she was happy to collaborate with. While my wife and I researched several different sources regarding flying from Guatemala City to Panama City, when we reached the Copa Airlines counter in Guatemala City, we were told that we must show them our tickets for flights out of Panama. Remembering a friend had only days before shared the link to Onward Ticket, I jumped on my phone and within 5 minutes we had tickets and were headed towards security in plenty of time for our flight!

Booked a ticket From Europe to Argentina. When I was asked for a ticket number instead of a reservation number I thought something went wrong with the order, so I booked a new one (I was paniking at the check-in desk). Still didn't work. I contacted onward and had an immediate reply. I got refunded as this solution was not working for me.
