Literally, this site is very trustworthy. I had heard that there were no refunds or changes after booking, but when I contacted customer support, they quickly gave me the chance to change my details. Thank you so much to the Onwardticket team!

I accidentally booked the wrong dates, they were happy to change it for free and all within 5 minutes via email. Super duper experience.

I made a mistake and did not use the activate later option so got my ticket too early. Emailed them and they send me a coupon code to redo ticket a use activate later option! Very helpful service!
