As always Ontraport support comes to the rescue. I was having trouble with an integration with another app and the amazing Support team at Ontraport kept at it until they figured out what wasn't working. Now I can close my support ticket with the other app (they also take daaaays to answer) Thank you Ontraport. I'm always happy I moved from Infusionsoft.

I moved the marketing and most of the operations for my medical practice/health coaching to Ontraport and have been advising several of my colleagues to do the same. I have it all under one roof and no longer managing Activecampaign, learndash, wishlist member, pipedrive & Zapier. Plus, support is amazing and the community is very helpful and knowledgeable. Couldn’t be happier.

As an Online Business Manager, I have been thrilled every single time a new client is already using Ontraport. It is an incredible email marketing platform (and membership site builder and landing page builder and CRM and ecommerce platform and the list goes on). This means there can be a bit of a learning curve, but it's truly worth it and unmatched once you get settled in. The Ontraport team offers robust 1-on-1 onboarding and account set up, and various channels of support are available consistently. The Ontraport team truly cares about the product & what their customer base is looking for in terms of features/growth, which is refreshing. There's also a Facebook community for paid users (in which even the founder is engaged and active) which is full of helpful information and brainstorming/troubleshooting among fellow OP users. If you're looking to get started or migrate your existing CRM, I highly recommend going with Ontraport.

I'm having a terrible time with Ontraport. I didn't realize when I signed up that I would need to also hire someone certified to run it!
