Thank you for helping me to get my campaign issue identified and providing a video so i could see the exact problem. I know ontraport is a user friendly and great system. Running my online coaching business requires me to use a virtual assistant that manages the tech process, unfortunately when she is off im sometimes left with resolving technical problems and having you guys there as that extra support is a relief. Saif Raffa was fantastic at identifying the issue and sharing what i needed to do to resolve it, whilst keeping me updated along the way in his progress.

I am technologically challenged and so learning from scratch how to do things and what terminology means. Your staff have been great in answering my questions and sending me videos to assist in my learning. Outstanding support . Love you guys!!!!

As per usual, the Support team blows my mind! I got Ani on the line and presented her with a tricky one....and she says hold on. Somehow, she comes back and offers a couple different solutions. We go in one direction and then run into a hiccup and she just problem-solves her way through it. Pure awesomeness! I had Infusionsoft before -- no comparison in terms of customer support! Just Rock Stars who are funny, helpful, professional, and knowledgable. I wish I could give them emojis!! Thank you - truly!!

5 years ago I got a new job which largely consisted of using Ontraport all day to manage our business. Over the last 5 years, there's no part of the Ontraport service I haven't used, from html emails to working with the API. I am so, so grateful we use them. Reasons include: - software is constantly in development. New features get added all the time, in line with OP's goal to be a one-stop solution for running your entire marketing flow. Landing page designer, automation tool, customer billing - it's all here, and as a rule, equal or superior to alternatives on the market. Which brings me to... - I like it better than any other marketing automation software I've tried. It either does more, or is easier to use, or both. And if you do get stuck, then there's the best part... - the customer and technical support is THE BEST. From a Facebook group where support techs, independent contractors and the CEO himself all hang out and provide support, to the outstanding support agents available by email/chat/screen share, etc. Lance, Michelle, Richard, Shawn, or Frank on Facebook, so many names that by now when I see them reply to my tickets, I know I'm in good hands. Is there a learning curve? Sure, to every software. But it's so flexible and nimble and adaptable, I thank my boss probably once a week for having been so foresighted to have chosen OP before I came on board.
