In the world of tech stuff, its guaranteed that something will go wrong. It's just a matter of time. The difference is, and this 20+ years of experience talking. When the stuff hits the fan. Does your provider have your six ( as in backside) . 1. Do they answer the call. 2.Do the try to do something to help. 3. Are they there anytime you need them. 4. Do the sound like they actually care. 5. Will the CEO ping you about it on Facebook. He will actually tell you if there was a major problem and let you know they are working to resolve it. Will he also call you out as well if you are talking smack. That is why the five stars. There would be more, but you only offered a 5 star review.
